30-Day Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to absolutely love your purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, you can request a return within 30 days of delivery.
Eligibility:
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging. Please also have your proof of purchase ready.
How to Return:
Before sending anything back, please reach out to us at service@vivimini.com. Once your return is approved, we’ll provide the return address and easy instructions for sending your package. Items returned without prior approval cannot be accepted.
Damages or Issues:
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We’ll make sure it’s resolved quickly.
Non-Returnable Items:
Some items cannot be returned, including personalized products or special orders. Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable. If you’re unsure about your item, just contact us—we’re happy to help!
Exchanges:
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item first. Once your return is accepted, you can place a separate order for the new item.
Refunds:
After we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed, reach out to us at service@vivimini.com.
Return Shipping:
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Order Cancellation:
Orders can be canceled within 7 days before shipment with no fees. After 7 days, cancellations before shipment incur a 3% credit card fee. Once shipped, cancellation is only possible by agreement with our customer service. Fees may vary depending on payment method and country.
